The Point Where You Save Big...and Fast
Over the years, we have developed a rigorous, yet customizable, process, through which you will find it is easy to work with us. The process has three phases: RFQ Phase, First Article Phase, and Production Phase.
1. RFQ Phase: you communicate your manufacturing or engineering needs with us. This can be done through sending us product specifications, and/or drawings, and/or golden samples. We will work out a price and leadtime for you. If the price and the leadtime are acceptable, we can move on to the next phase. Dependent on the product and the process involved, this phase typically takes about 1-2 weeks.
2. First Article Phase: Once we agree upon the price and leadtime, we will work with our contract manufacturers to produce a first article item that meet or exceed your specifications for your examination. If you think the first article is acceptable, we can move on to the next phase. Dependent on the product and the process involved, this phase typically takes about 2-4 weeks.
3. Product Phase: Based on your order, we start the mass volume production and ship it to you within the promised leadtime.
